We have two types of account registration service in our portal. one is for business partnership and the second one is for customers. if you are a business partners then contact to us and if you are a customers then click the login option and fill the required all sections to register your account here
After filled the all required option you have to click on the submit button and after it you will get a mail from us on the register email id you have submitted. now if you don't get the verification mail then you have to wait for it. if you don't get it for a long time then you have to contact to us for manual account activation.
If you register your account as a customers then in your dashboard you have to set your billing address and your shipping address. without the shipping address we may not provide your booking content properly and it may delay for a long time.
We are very sorry if you are thinking to delete your account by any cause. instead of deleting your account you can contact to us for the reason you want to delete your account. our expert team will be with you to resolve the issue. instead all of these if you want to delete your account as a customers you have to mail us from your register mail to take action against your account with the reason and we will take the action.
Without all the banking and digital e-services we are taking online payments only through Razorpay for the customers/users of India. and for any other contries we are taking payment through Razorpay and paypal. now we are not getting any payment through any other channel.
As we are getting payment through online only by Razorpay and Paypal only, as a payment service provider of us they will provide the payment confirmation instantly as per their system. and as we get the said amount to our bank account we will inform also through the register mail id only.
As we are getting online payment only, if you are unable to pay through online, we are sorry to say that we can't take payment from you by any other process. you have to pay only by online only.
We have a different kind of services and all are not showing just in a single place. we have different sections for this. you can find products, courses, services and some more features in our different websites. so we are requested to you to visit in our all websites to find any services or products to make order.
As our all services are products are showing in our different portals so you may need to find them. if you are looking for any products or services but unable to find them and if any related products or services you find, you may submission an application form through the apply page and if possible to provide the exact need of you our experts will contact to you as soon as possible.
If any services is not available by us but you want to get from us you have to request to us through an application. and if the services are possible to provide by our experts team it will be available within 30 days after we receive the application. if it wasn't shown to our portal that means we are unable to provide it for now.
